Staying at this Inn was an absolutely horrible experience. George, the inn keeper was the one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. From the moment we walked into the inn he made us feel very uncomfortable saying that we were not following the rules because we had backpacks with us. He would not allow us to walk through the Inn with our luggage. Then while we were serving ourselves breakfast George physically grabbed me! He took the plate from my hands and my husband's aggressively dumped the food on our plates back into the servibg dish and reprimanded us for not eating the oatmeal and fruit first. I asked him why he was treating us this way and he began to yell at us even more. We decide to no longer subject ourselves to George's abuse and left without eating breakfast. If you are looking for relaxing stay I would stay away this Inn. It was a very uncomfortable experience.
Rules. Rules. Rules. I understand you have a b-n-b and you want people to respect you and your things, but it was too much. No backpacks. At all. No a/c in our attic room. Not overlooking falls. We are very patient and understanding, we left without staying the night. Found a hotel.
This place is a nightmare. For double the cost of a decent hotel I was shown to an attic with no air conditioning, rickety old furniture and a long list of rules of what I couldn't do. I couldn't stand up in the room without hitting my head. It was awful. Just awful.
It was a nice place to stay the hosts were very Freindly and knowledgeable
Absolutely a unique and lovely location. Katie and George are amazing hosts whose hospitality knows no bounds.
