For those old enough to remember, this is not The Front Row. It's more like a bunch of chairs all set up real nice in a big rectangular hall. The sound is good and the overall experience decent for the price of the ticket. Skip the Fresh Harvest Buffet, unless you're fat and just want to eat allot. The casino has terrible pay-outs. I don't know why anyone stays.
We love the casino part!! We go at least once a month just for about an hour it’s kind of our escape from real life.. we have always wanted to try the fresh harvest buffet so today we stood in like for about 40 minutes which is crazy just to hate our dinner totally not worth the money nor the wait.. very disappointed!! 5 stars for the casino!!
I understand that you should not expect to win at casinos, I don't. However, you should win occasionally right? Maybe after your 30th time at the place, not here? Expect to lose always and often here, based on my experience. That is a fact, you cannot ignore the facts. You hear all these million dollar giveaways this casino does, what a joke... Really man? Really? Where are you getting those millions you are "Giving" away? Duh... They are giving away free play, not real money mostly. And why not? They can give away tons of free play because their slot machines SUCK, you don't win on them... What this trash place does is criminal and should be investigated, at least when you go to Vegas casinos occasionally you win something proportional to what you bet.
We were eating lunch there just about every Saturday. The service has always been slow. We put in drink order then about 15 minutes went by and we put in food order. Then another twenty minutes went by we received our food but no drinks. In that 20 minutes we watched at least 20 people get drinks from the bar. Then Manager came by gave all kind of excuses for server. They say Vegas experience in Ohio. I don't think so we would have been compensated even with a free drink in Vegas. Not here just excuses for poor service. I am a Legend player here and spend money. Not asking for hand outs just better service. We will never eat here again. Hopefully this review helps with poor service.
Good Service - classic Hard Rock Cafe taste, all in a fast paced casino atomosphere. 2pm - 6pm happy hour where drinks are literally half off or close to it. I come here to eat, not gamble. Will return
